    Pay:

    Commission sales position with commission of 20% according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $6,000.

    and increased earnings potential based on productivity/number of sales

    Paid Time Off:

    We believe a healthy work life balance is crucial to an individual's success, which is why we are proud to offer some of the most competitive PTO compensation in the industry.

    All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year.

    Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

    Hannah Motor Company offers a variety of health insurance benefit options for employees and their families.

    Available benefit options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings account, Flexible Spending account, basic and voluntary life insurance, and short- & long-term disability.

    Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan.

    Additionally, the Company offers a competitive 401k plan to assist employees with future retirement and financial planning.


    Paid Holidays:

    Hannah Motor Company offers 2 paid holidays per year to Salespeople subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

    ResponsibilitiesSatisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
    Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.
    Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
    Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
    Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
    Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
    Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
    Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
    Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
    Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
    Attends sales meetings.
    QualificationsExcellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
    Skill and ability to meet people and listenAbility to actively participate in team oriented process.
    Skill and ability to sell.
    Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
