    About the Role:

    The Senior Vice President, Operations has overall responsibility for planning, developing, executing, and managing annual business and financial plans through leading the company's operations management staff. This position is ultimately responsible for meeting client expectations by measuring if each location is meeting financial targets and if not, working with operations to develop a plan to do so. The SVP, Ops is also responsible for sourcing, developing and leading talent, to ensure company performance standards are met consistently.

    What You'll Do:

    • Constructs annual financial plans in conjunction w/Operations and Account Mgmt. direct reports, including new business targets, for the COO's review and approval; once obtained, executes the plan to ensure results align with expectations. This plan includes marketing programs and sales tactics specific to the geographic/vertical markets identified within the business plan.
    • Ensures locations results consistantly meet client expectations (as required by the company's policies and procedures) by reviewing internal audit scores and supporting action plans, site visits and conducting operational review meetings with key clients as needed.
    • Develops and retains client relationships at the decision maker level by maintaining regular client contact and partnering with client's on projects related to technology and equipment, revenue maximization, and expense efficiency opportunities.
    • Responsible for the recruiting, hiring, development and retention of various employee roles throughout operations.
    • Responsible for various aspects of facilitating execution of operating contracts, including negotiating new contracts and/or renewals with the client, in conjunction with the legal department and the COO.
    • Other special projects as directed by the COO.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor Degree in General Business or related field.
    • An established record in developing and achieveing financial goals to support company profitability.
    • Extensive experience with the property management sales cycle including new business development, marketing and contract negotiating.
    • Established experience in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Excel.
    • Experience with building annual budgets, managing and reporting results, identifying and instituting changes to the business to either maximize profitability or mitigate results that fall below expecations
    • Excellent oral (including formal presentations) and written communications and comprehension skills, required.
    • At least 5 years experience as a Regional Manager or above in an organization of 500+ employees.
    • Masters Degree in Business desired but not required.
    • Comprehensive background in the parking industry at various operational levels strongly desired, but not required.
