Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Grass Cutter / Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing lawns, gardens, and landscape features to create beautiful, functional environments. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure every project meets high standards of quality and aesthetics. Whether trimming trees, mowing lawns, or installing hardscape elements, you'll play a vital part in transforming outdoor areas into inviting spaces for clients and communities alike.

Duties

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain pristine lawns and gardens
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth
• Use hand tools and power tools for tasks like planting beds, installing irrigation systems, or constructing hardscape features such as patios or walkways
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate tools and techniques
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways
• Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance
• Support construction projects involving landscaping structures or garden installations by following detailed plans and safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and small machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care practices, hardscape installation, and snow plowing operations
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including mowing, trimming, planting, and landscape design concepts
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills for project execution and equipment maintenance
• Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate construction or landscaping machinery is a plus
