comQualifications:

Professional degree in Architecture or Interior DesignArchitecture Licensure preferredProficiency with Revit including proven experience in construction documentation development5-10 years of relevant experience, including recent experience with restaurant projectsExperience leading both interior design and architectural projectsExperience with fast-paced, technical projectsExperience/desire to manage multiple fast paced projects with national accountsEssential Skills and Responsibilities:Manage client, team, and project coordination and communication for multiple fast paced projects at a given timeExhibit advanced technical problem-solving capabilities regarding building construction and technologiesTechnical expertise regarding the coordination between landlord and consultants, including MEP, structural, and civil engineers, kitchen consultantsManage project finances for internal and external budgetsStrong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work closely with clientsMeets deadlines with high quality, thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environmentExperience with navigating brand standards and working with brand-focused clientsLead in house team with preparation of existing conditions site surveys and full entitlements code and accessibility reviews as part of due diligenceManage preparation of design development, and construction documents with project team, consultants, contractors, and vendorsSuccessfully navigate building and zoning departments regarding project approvalsPerform construction phase services and project close-outTravel is requiredAt Bergmeyer, our culture of collaboration welcomes good ideas from wherever they come.
