As a Geek Squad Agent, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking technology support, knowledge, and solutions. We will provide the training and resources necessary to ask the right questions, listen carefully, take detailed notes, and partner with other agents as needed to assist customers who visit our stores.

Working together, we will create a supportive and positive environment for anyone facing technical challenges or desiring to get more out of their devices.

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help set up and repair technology devices for customers.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.

Basic Qualifications

• Three months of experience in working in retail or customer service.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Must be able to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
