- You will be requested to attend once a month (paid) all staff meeting with a separate department meeting that follows immediately after.
- The practice offers on-site training several times a year and you will receive ample time to adjust your schedule and staff will be required to attend.
- Be prepared for each patient seen
- Includes but not limited to: auditing patient charts 1-2 days prior and discussing treatment and/or patient issues
- Tracking items as recall types, panorex, FL2, sealants, hygiene downtime and hygiene production.
- General Registered Hygiene Duties as needed by the patient- for all patients
- Reviewing medical history, taking blood pressure as needed and new patient tours
- Taking necessary radiographs, periodontal charting and charting of existing treatment planned restorations.
- Obtaining signatures on hygiene quotes for any accepted/refused recommended treatment that does not involve a front desk assisted quote.
- Use of intraoral cameras and Itero Digital Imaging.
- Scaling calculus deposits with the use of hand instruments and/or ultrasonic.
- Assist the Doctor in documentation and recommendation of treatment planning , documentation of time needed, any next visits or discussion that may need to be documented for clinical purposes in regards to any patient treatments of needs.

Rotating Saturdays one every other month October-May
Wage:$42.00 an hour + Incentives based on production
Bonus/Incentive Potential:You are eligible for our Incentive Plan. The RDH incentive plan has an earning potential of an additional dollar amount per hour worked, in addition to regular pay per bonus period. This is based on excellent performance and is measured individually by hourly rate of hygiene production.
Training:Besides your clinical duties, your most important task will be to create a long lasting relationship with your patient's. This will involve active listening, attention to detail and addressing all concerns. You WILL be your patients biggest advocate an educator. You are the bridge between your patient and the Doctor.
