Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
Preferred to have a valid driver's license
Ability to clear background check
Flexibility to work different shifts, including days, evenings, or overnights due to our 24/7 operation
Some weekend and holiday availability is necessary

Responsibilities:

Provide active support for daily living needs of adults with developmental disabilities
Establish an environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being, tailored to each individual's specific requirements with empathy and care
Assist individuals in expressing their preferences, capabilities, and opinions, respecting their decisions and encouraging self-determination

Pay:
$17.00 per hour
