- Manages shipping and receiving activity for new business and repair business including but not limited to sales orders, shippers, BOL, misc. shippers, and receiving inspection
- Develops and processes shipping containers
- Manages/schedules common carriers for freight out
- Processes jobs for UPS/Fed Ex
- Pulls all finished goods from inventory shelves and places in job pans.
- Pre-assembles seals/components as applicable
- Notifies purchasing of any items that are below safety stock or not in inventory
- Creates internal jobs for inventory
- Assist other areas with miscellaneous jobs
- Maintain inventory of all shipping supplies, lumber, boxes and packing
- Creates containers for shipping as needed
- Ensures safety at all times and reports and issues to Production Manager
- Other duties as assigned
