Job summary

The Bank Client Support Specialist II is responsible for providing professional and knowledgeable assistance to internal and external clients via a variety of communication methods.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to client requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat.
  • Performs a variety of work assignments, including new account activity, mobile deposits, outbound wire calls, account maintenance, debit and credit card functions and lockbox), in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.
  • Provides support to internal clients throughout the Bank and brokerage firm.
  • Utilizes a variety of resources systems processes ensure highest level customer service.
