Job summary
The Principal Demand Planner is accountable for developing a high-quality, unconstrained consensus demand plan.The scope of this role is to manage processes and inputs which allow continual refinement of the demand forecast.
This person will also be a contributor to our monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
- Ensures the appropriate process structure, inputs, outputs, reviews,
& cadence of demand planning globally to deliver company demand plans on a monthly cycle - Achieves assigned KPI's which may include forecast accuracy,
forecast bias,& line fill performance. - Capable of prioritizing work within the portfolio to maximize
& impact efforts with an end goal of reducing cost &/or improving customer satisfaction.
