Industrial Maintenance Electrician - Carrollton

Job Summary
This person will perform maintenance on industrial equipment following all safety rules and practices. They will diagnose and repair/replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, position sensing devices such as proximity switch timers scanners photo electric devices diagnose troubleshoot mechanical systems including hydraulic pneumatic power transmission conveyor systems read electrical block diagrams schematics PLC ladder logic use basic hand tools power tools electrical testing equipment computers maintain clean organized work areas cleanup work areas upon completion assigned tasks.The Skills You Will Bring:
Must have electrical aptitude troubleshooting experience working knowledge various types measurement equipment dial calipers heat sensing guns etc examine determine degree parts worn repair replace parts needed operate metal woodworking hand tools make repair parts in safe manner operate types hand tools drill press grinder wire brush acetylene torch etc normally found in Maintenance shop possess excellent attendance safety record demonstrated ability follow directions require ability work team environment able work additional flexible hours weekends needed willing able work all shifts business needs individual needs teamwork cooperation problem-solving skills dedicated self-motivated self-starter able work independently flexibility positive attitude commitment working safely required employee need computer skills SAP acquire notifications requisition parts for notifications enter time against these notifications attend meetings complete training required safety conscious times help promote safe working environment Successful candidates must pass standardized International Paper pre-employment testing place for Maintenance positionsJob description
