Job summary
The Territory Sales Manager will manage their assigned territory to meet and exceed sales goals and maintain build and create relationships with industry influencers and end users within territory.Become a Technical and Clinical subject matter expert of the entire portfolio of digital solutions including but not limited to DTX Studio X-Guide IOS 3D CBCT portable X-ray Sensors Cameras Scanners etc.
Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned territory Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling Voice of Customer initiatives to ensure a customer centric organization Assess manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement planning accuracy Develop performance objectives KPIs countermeasures to ensure achievement of sales goals in assigned territory Build maintain strategic relationships with industry professions that help drive greater market penetration across portfolio Regularly review data in CRM other tools identify pursue new opportunities Other DutiesProjectsInitiatives as assigned Most Important Competencies Sales skills must possess demonstrate high level sales skills when selling end user customers Teamwork must be willing able work closely other Envista brand TSMsassigned territory Ability influence others inform convince persuade others action key initiatives Results orientation deliver results Commercial excellence possess technical skills necessary grow market share Communication effectively communicate written verbal forms Global Thinking understand different cultures market needs Strategic Thinking make decisions consideration business impact
