    We are seeking a Fault Performance Index Manager to join our federal team based at our Government client site located at Fort Cavazos, TX.

    As a FPI Manager, you will:


    Responsible for the implementation of FPI, setting up FPI analytics as well as the operation for Fort Cavazos buildings on the UMCS.Ensure full network functionality and communication between all supervisory controllers (SNEs, SNCs, LCSs, etc.) and resolve any network communication errors.

    Upload all supervisory controllers. Fix any errors. Create Metasys database backup. Copy Metasys database backup onto FPI server.
    Establish Metasys security database credentials that never expire, for exclusive use by the FPI software.
    Set up FPI server hardware and software.
    Verify that FPI has network access to all Metasys supervisory controllers.
    Verify that Windows operating system is current according to base standards. Restore Metasys backup database. Establish outgoing email account for FPI software reporting.
    Establish outgoing port open for server uptime reporting and monitoring.
    Set up FPI software for fault detection analytics.
    Using the FPI Setup Utility software, load the Metasys database into Project Parser.
    Create new inputs, outputs, and templates as needed for configuring the Indexing Fault Detection.

    (While hundreds of pre-defined templates exist, there may be many unique configurations to set-up for Fort Cavazos buildings.)Associate or "bind" points in the Metasys database to the templates previously created for Indexing Fault Detection.

    Write the associated templates into a newly created Fort Cavazos FPI database.

    Organize the resultant tree structure by buildings, equipment types, and location, Set-up root-cause analysis by associating heating and cooling sources with AHUs, VAVs, fan coils, etc.

    Assign and configure users for access and set permissions.
    Commission FPI software. Review fault detection results in each system for sanity checks.
    Ensure new buildings are added to FPI as the buildings become part of the Metasys/BAS network.
    Initiate and manage a condition-based maintenance/repair program using FPI reporting.
    Setup reporting per JCFS and customer needsProvide JCI and customer training on using FPI software as required by contract.


    Required Qualifications:
    5+ years' experience of commissioning and retro-commissioning building automation control systems and field devices.
    Working knowledge of FPI software preferred.

    IT level training or certifications on computers, software, or networking (CompTIA A+).Cisco network training or equivalent preferredMicrosoft training OS deployment training or equivalent preferredSecurity training and managementExperience with Metasys and other BAS technologies.

    Experience with reporting and data handling.
    Experience with SQL training, including database management.
    Advanced Excel training or experience.
    Advanced Word training or experience.
    Experience with software development preferred.
