Job Description:

As an AI & ML Engineer at RevOpsforce, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' revenue operations through the application of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques.

You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of experts to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand clients' revenue operations challenges that can be addressed using AI and ML technologies.

Design, develop, and implement AI and ML models that generate actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights that inform AI model development.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and availability for model training and deployment.
Optimize and fine-tune AI and ML models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability in real-world scenarios.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to enhance our solution offerings.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to promote best practices within the AI and ML team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of professional experience in AI and ML engineering, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying successful AI solutions.

Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch), and natural language processing (NLP).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in relevant libraries and tools for data manipulation and model development.

Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI models at scale.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within project deadlines.
