- Responsible for creation, review, negotiation, and administration of Prime Contracts, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Task Orders, Contract Modifications, Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Responsible for contracts administration to ensure compliance by providing guidance and support to Program Managers, by interpreting terms and conditions, monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with contract terms, from proposal stage to project close-out, including timely submittal of required reports
- Works regularly with FAR requirements, schedules, proposal developments, statements of work, cost and pricing data, contractual flow-down, cost accounting standards (CAS), bids, prices, terms of payment, and availability of services to be provided.
- Use functional experience and expertise in the review and administration of NDAs, Teaming Agreements & Subcontract Agreements
- Serves as a point of contact with internal functional areas concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems and keeps appropriate team members informed of issues and coordinates resolution.
- Identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies and to comply with Federal acquisition regulations.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of contracts and/or subcontracts management experience with US Federal Government; working closely with government contracting officials, systems integrators, prime contractors and subcontractors
- Law Degree, Legal education, and/or experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent teaming capabilities with strong ability to navigate complex agreements with qualified industry partners to complement our strengths and weaknesses through understanding of proposal requirements.
- Extensive experience in directing, managing/supervising the contracting process; including formation, negotiation, and administration activities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.

This position supports the Company Executives. The person filling this position is responsible for developing detailed contracts and other agreements, business relationship management, and other tasks in support of business operations. This person leads the contract administration from award to closeout.
The ideal candidate will be able to support and manage the systems used for Contracts Management as well as have experience in Government contracting. The candidate must be able to research, analyze, coordinate, develop and maintain business documentation as well as to be able to create, analyze, validate and verify reports. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work as a team player, and keep pace with a high-volume workload. This is a full-time position.
