Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Aquatics Director located inWestfield Indianapolis, IN.

The Aquatics Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the aquatics program, including swim instruction, lifeguarding, swim lessons, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

The Aquatics Director will also develop and implement aquatics programs and manage a team of lifeguards and swim instructors. This position will work in collaboration with Westfield Washington Schools in managing the Aquatic Facility.
Qualifications
Aquatics and Swimming knowledge
Lifeguarding certification (current or willing to acquire)
Experience in managing and leading a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in program development and implementation
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the YMCA or similar organization is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
