    Description
    • POSITION SUMMARY
      • Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs to meet identified patient needs in a variety of work settings. Performs in accordance with standards of Physical Therapy practice that are ethical and legal in North Carolina.
    • EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
      • Minimum Required:
        • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program for Physical Therapists.
        • Current North Carolina license or license eligible.
        • BCLS certification; recertification required annually.
        • May require valid NC Driver's license and access to use of an automobile.
      • Preferred:
        • Experienced Physical Therapist with Master's Degree and/or specialty certification.
