We are retained by this special client firm to find a Leader for their growing Transportation Design group, a sector that compliments their core niche in which they have become the premier consultant in the region.

This role will work directly with the founding partners as they move outside of the day-to-day, into more company vision & development, and hand off department project delivery responsibilities to a new key team member providing total autonomy and upward mobility to a lucky someone.

Taking this firm to their version "3.0" of themselves.

In this role you will "own" the Transportation Design side of the house with a multitude of clients and a diverse backlog.
