Job DescriptionTemporary Accounts Payable Associate - Details:
Shift: Regular business hours
Process vendor invoices into the ERP system, checking vendor information, quantities, payment terms, and cost efficiently and accurately to maximize vendor discounts.
Resolve receiving and pricing variances before invoice is due by working with branches and other departments.
Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Accounts Payable Associate - Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong attention to detail, produces accurate work product while handling multiple tasks.
Solid written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external customers, works collaboratively across the organization.
Advanced system aptitude, fast learner, able to navigate systems and combine formal training with exploration/self-learning.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills can find answers to problems through research and analysis.
Team-player, works for the good of the whole organization, possesses a service attitude.
Accounts Payable Associate - through Referral Staffing Solutions:
