We are seeking a skilled and experienced VOIP Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As a key contributor, you will bring extensive expertise in VOIP/IP telephony, with a focus on Cisco UC technologies.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain VOIP/IP telephony solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Lead the configuration and administration of Cisco UC Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity/Unity Connection (CUC).
Manage Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) and facilitate integration with Cisco Jabber.
Oversee Cisco Contact Center solutions, including UCCX or UCCE.
Collaborate with teams to implement and support Cisco Webex Cloud technology (Waco and Wicca).
Configure and maintain Calabrio Call recording systems.
Ensure optimal performance and security of Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
