    Job Description

    The Planet Group is seeking a Platform Publisher to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Publish 15-25 assets per week on the Company's training platform, including tagging content and performing QA on the live site.
    • Assist in backend system development for new tools and platforms via user testing and feedback.
    • Communicate with regional publishing teams worldwide to ensure seamless publishing.
    • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot system issues and document solutions.
    • Utilize problem-solving skills and systems expertise to develop creative solutions.
    • Ensure attention to detail to guarantee accurate asset publication.
    • Work cross-functionally to understand and execute the publishing strategy.
    • Make publishing recommendations based on knowledge of the tools and audiences.
    • Optimize workflows to facilitate immediate asset publication.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 4 years of experience working within technical systems, including web applications and CMS systems.
    • Fast learner with an intuitive grasp of complex systems.
    • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
    • Extreme attention to detail balanced with the ability to execute on time.
    • Ability to proof content and ensure adherence to guidelines.
    • Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and frequently changing environments.
