THE POSITION:
To be responsible for the care, maintenance, and cleaning of assigned buildings and related facilities; and to do related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES:
Knowledge of:
Methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work.
Safe work practices.
Ability to:

Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Work independently in the absence of supervision.
Work a schedule of evenings and/or weekends
