With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are in search of an individual who will engage with our existing 2,000 business clients while actively seeking new opportunities. This role involves leading a small team, mastering our processes, and eventually transitioning into the role of Agency Director.

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activities and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members
    • Daily reporting of field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    Licensing Requirements:
