    WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC has partnered with a Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Bath, NY to find great LPN's for our team

    Come join an amazing Network of LPN's that pick their shifts and locations

    HIGH PAY RATES $32 to $33 /per hour

    Job duties and requirements of the Licensed Practice Nurse:

    • Maintain professional LPN competencies and assist patient with all medical needs
    • Manages patient flow and adheres to process on care plan/ doctor's orders
    • Able to identify patient care problems and suggest solutions to enhance patient outcomes
    • Accurately obtain and document vital signs.
    • Communication, leadership skills, and decision making skills

    Education & Experience

    • Graduate of an approved School of Practical Nursing with a permit or license (LPN) to practice in New York State.

    Licenses and/or Certifications

    • CPR Required/ BLS
