About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Hematology and Oncology MD in Missouri

We are actively seeking a Physician - Hematologist/Oncologist for a 60-day assignment starting Mar 23, 2026, in Missouri. This role involves a Monday through Friday schedule with preferred call, focusing on a mix of outpatient clinic responsibilities including consults, follow-ups, and procedures, with potential for inpatient rounding if taking call.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform clinic duties, Monday through Friday, with call preferred but not required.
Conduct rounding on patients if taking call, including a mix of outpatient and inpatient cases.
Manage clinic consults and follow-up appointments.
Perform bone marrow biopsies.
Execute lumbar punctures.
Administer intrathecal chemotherapy.
Assess and manage new patients, typically 2-4 per day.

Additional Information

Board Certification in Hematology is required.
The EMR system utilized is Epic.
