As a Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects using project management expertise.
Build and develop partnerships with internal stakeholders to help scale the program.
Effectively communicate with XFN partners
Constantly, and proactively, find areas to improve and grow the program, then tackle them.
Plan and coordinate campaign production to ensure on-time delivery
Forecast program/ campaign roadblocks and unrealistic expectations and advocate for alternative solutions
Comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
Own and manage communication:
follow-up and follow through on each portion of the campaign launch
Proactive spot check issues and advocate for alternatives to unlock roadblocks
What you should bring to the table:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g. project & program management, strategic consulting, marketing coordination).
Experience running complex projects involving multiple teams in a fast-paced environment, managing an ongoing relationship with clients, and presenting to audiences.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines while producing quality workMust present a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation
Preferred Qualifications:
Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, Scrum, etc.)
Comfortable using multiple task-management tools (e.g ASANA)
Working knowledge in the areas of mobile technologies and database familiarity
