    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neonatal ICU night shift position requiring BLS and NRP certifications and the ability to float within pediatric units.

    Responsibilities
    Position is based in a hospital Neonatal ICU
    Night shifts from 7PM to 7AM with a 3-day per week schedule
    Required to float to all pediatric units as needed
    Patient population includes neonatal and critically ill infants
    Not open to local candidates; 50 mile radius rule applies
    Responsible for direct care, medication administration, and monitoring neonatal physiological status
    Expected to interact with families regarding patient care plans and discharge processes
    Position involves working collaboratively with physicians and delegating tasks to support staff

    Requirements
    Active Oklahoma or compact RN license required
    Minimum of one year NICU experience required
    Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required
    Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications from AHA are required
    Must possess strong nursing theory knowledge, organizational, and communication skills
    Some computer proficiency required
    BSN preferred
