Responsibilities:

• Utilize Bluebeam and Excel for meticulous project documentation, tracking planning, scheduling, and progress.
• Review all project specifications, drawings, and contracts to guarantee understanding and compliance.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet project demands and financial objectives.
• Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, coordinating with project timelines and specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHPD, HCAI, and relevant safety and health regulations across projects.
• Conduct regular project meetings, providing transparent updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues promptly.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and subcontractors, underpinning project success and future business opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management, with extensive involvement in hospital projects.
• Proficient in Bluebeam and Excel for project management purposes.
• Solid understanding of OSHPD and HCAI requirements.
