    Achieve Pediatric Therapy is a trusted pediatric therapy center located in Orlando, FL. Since 2007, we have been dedicated to empowering children, serving families, and enhancing lives through compassionate and individualized care. Our collaborative approach to therapy, in partnership with Florida Speech, offers a wide range of multi-disciplinary services including occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech therapy (ST), behavior therapy (ABA), and music therapy (MT). We specialize in family-centered interventions that enhance motor skills, behavior, and development.

    Role Description

    This is a part-time role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist, with the potential to build to full time hours, if desired. As a Pediatric PT, you will be responsible for providing specialized therapy services to children and their families. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing and evaluating the physical needs of patients, developing customized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises and activities, monitoring progress, providing guidance and education to families, and collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals.

    Qualifications

    • Physical Therapy and Pediatric Physical Therapy skills
    • Experience in working with children and adolescents
    • Knowledge of pediatric care and developmental milestones
    • Rehabilitation techniques and interventions
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
    • Empathy and patience in working with children and their families
    • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
    • Certification in Pediatric Physical Therapy is a plus
