- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Answer incoming calls/meet with client walk-ins as needed.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
- Process and follow up on policy changes/endorsements.
- Work thru and monitor your daily task list.
- Demonstrate accuracy and effectively document all correspondence in our Client Management System.
- Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
- High school or bachelor's degree
- CT Property & Casualty License preferred but will train the right person.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Punctual, Reliable and Organized
- Experience with Vertafore products is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task and take direction.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Ability to work with team members in department and agency.
