Responsibilities:

• Process prescription requests, build customer relationships, and demonstrate patience, empathy, care, and compassion
• Resolve insurance claim rejections and address issues for the best customer outcome
• Follow department procedures for data entry, medication dispensing, and information verification
• Assist in department tasks, maintain inventory, and handle products with care
• Ensure proper product handling, equipment use, accurate logs, and sanitation practices

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and prescriptions without errors
• Some locations may require Pharmacy Technician certification
• New Jersey applicants must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory management and product ordering
• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience
• Pharmacy Technician Certification
