    Position Overview:


    The HRIS Administrator serves as the technical point of contact and UKG subject matter expert (SME) to maintain HRIS security, develop business intelligence (BI) reports, maintain and support system configuration and integrations, test system changes, and ensure data integrity.

    This role supports system releases, enhancements, projects, testing and other technical projects.


    Responsibilities:
    Serve as UKG HRIS Technical SME, maintaining system integrity and security
    Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors
    Recommend and implement system configuration changes to meet business needs
    Develop Business Intelligence reports and support HR projects
    Drive process improvements and maintain documentation


    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
    Strong background in HRIS administration
    Must have experience with UKG Pro Product Suite (HR, Payroll and WFM Dimensions)
    Must have experience managing cloud based HRIS (UKG) system security
    Proficiency in translating functional requirements into technical specifications
    Strong analytical and communication skills
    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, BI reporting and SQL
