- Draft argue dispositive procedural motions motions to dismiss summary judgment motions discovery motions evidentiary motions Conduct defend party fact-witness expert depositions focusing on liability causation damages coverage issues Prepare case evaluations reports budgets insurers TPAs self-insured clients communicating exposure strategy settlement posture clearly timely Represent clients mediations arbitrations hearings second-chair trial Collaborate partners senior attorneys case strategy trial preparation client presentations covering seminars file reviews Ensure timely accurate timekeeping adhere client billing guidelines assist meeting team firm productivity expectations Participate internal training mentoring initiatives desired business development activities expanding relationships existing prospective insurance clients Qualifications JD accredited law school Active membership good standing Florida Bar Approximately years civil litigation experience preference prior insurance defense general liability first-party property PIP commercial litigation experience Prior experience handling litigation caseload drafting pleadings motion written discovery taking defending depositions participating mediations Comfort working directly carrier TPA clients preparing reports evaluations budgets consistent with guidelines Strong written oral advocacy skills analyzing complex facts coverage issues medical records present clear concise manner Excellent organizational skills managing multiple deadlines high-volume docket fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset willing work closely partners colleagues staff offices Interested hearing more Easy Apply now clicking Apply
