Description of Planned work by Supplemental Worker / Job Responsibilities:
engineering construction prints using Esri mapping applications
GIS changes are posted timely and accurately
to mapping standards including but not limited to offsets, annotation, and symbology
in storm restoration activities
GIS model connectivity and correct connectivity issues
quality control and data validation activities
ownership of assigned work
ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
basic GIS application support to users

Desired Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
GIS knowledge
4 year degree in GIS or Geography related field
Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)
Knowledge of AutoCAD
knowledge of the utility systems (electrical systems is a plus)
to perform basic spatial queries
to research customer information
to decipher DOT and construction prints
interpersonal and communication skills
to an overall positive team environment
effective relationships, both internally and externally and at all levels
