As a Company Driver, you'll enjoy the benefits of driving a well-maintained truck without any cost to you

    Your Role and Responsibilities


    As a Company Driver, you will:

    • Typically be out for 2 weeks, servicing 47 states (excluding CA and avoiding NW states during winter).
    • Work based on customer needs, with opportunities to build dedicated routes through our logistics sister company.
    • Enjoy drop and hook operations with no touch freight.
    • Drive 2020 or newer sleeper trucks that are well-maintained.
    • Have the option to take home equipment if secure parking is available.
    • Earn $25 per hour for detention after 2 hours at the facility.
    • Receive fair compensation with low mileage rates and $200 per day for breakdowns/maintenance on the road (up to $1,000 a week).
    • Experience a dispatch system that is flexible and accommodates your home time needs.

    Are You the Right Fit?


    We're looking for dedicated drivers who meet the following requirements:

    • 3 years of CDL A experience
    • At least 25 years old (and under 75 for insurance reasons)
    • Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR
    • No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years
