    • Sales-based commission - Average combined compensation: $65k-$80k annually
    • Monthly incentives based on productivity

    Job Description:The Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, and supports lot operations and omnichannel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, and maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in, and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience.
    • Valid Drivers' License.
    • Capable of delivering support and results.
    • Able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal-oriented, identify and support business needs.

    VALID Sales License Required for The Following States: Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
