En 2017, Heetch devient une application de VTC avec des chauffeurs professionnels et en 2019, lentreprise complete une serie B afin de soutenir sa croissance en France et se developper a linternational.Dans un marche ultra concurrentiel, Heetch est rapidement devenu la 2 application de VTC la plus utilisee en France et opere egalement a l'international, dans 7 pays, en Belgique , et en Afrique (Algerie, Angola, Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal, Mali)Nous mettons a disposition une solution de mobilite abordable, inclusive et efficace. Heetch a pour ambition de rendre la mobilite des grandes villes europeennes et africaines plusaccessible, humaine etjuste.Nous avons a cur que chaque utilisateur de Heetch (passager comme chauffeur) passe un agreable moment lors de son utilisation de lapplication. Nos valeurs sont les suivantes :- Make it happen- Play for the team- Be kind- Think different Contrat CDD 6 semaines (renouvelable) : 7h par semaine (le jeudi idealement) du 14/09/2023 au 26/10/2023Ton roleAu sein de lequipe Driver Operations, responsable de lacquisition, de linscription et de la retention des chauffeurs en France, nous te proposons le role dagent du tout nouveauHeetch Cafe Lyon, notre lieu daccueil pour les chauffeurs. Le Heetch Cafe, deja base a Paris depuis plusieurs annees ainsi qu'a Marseille, est lespace daccueil des chauffeurs partenaires de Heetch, nous les y rencontrons quotidiennement afin de les aider dans leur inscription sur la plateforme. Le Heetch Cafe est, pour beaucoup de chauffeurs, la premiere interaction quils ont avec la plateforme, cest pourquoi nous y accordons une tres grande importance. Ton role sera de recevoir les chauffeurs sur place et de traiter leur demande, sur une journee par semaine, seul(e) et en autonomie.Tes missions- Accueil et prise en charge des chauffeurs : inscription, verification de documents et resolution de problemes de connexion- Appliquer les process mis en place, proposer et reflechir a des ameliorations- Remonter des bugs ou autres informations aux autres equipes avec qui tu collaborerasTon profil- Sociable : tu adores le contact humain et tu sais rester calme dans toute situation- Rigueur : tu respectes les process mis en place- Capacite dadaptation, autonomie et force de proposition- Bonus : tu as une premiere experience en service client Bon a savoir- Formation de 3 jours a Paris, financee par Heetch (du 5 au 7 septembre) - Contrat CDD 6 semaines renouvelable 7h/semaine (reparties sur une seule journee en semaine a determiner selon tes disponibilites, jeudi de preference)- Salaire : 433 brut/mois- 50% sur tes trajets Heetch- Carte tickets restaurant (Swile)- Moyen de transport en commun rembourse a hauteur de 50% Pour postuler a ce type de contrat de 7h par semaine, il faut soit :- cumuler plusieurs jobssoit- avoir moins de 25ansLes etapes de recrutement- 1 premier entretien avec Nina, recruteur - 1 entretien avec Julien, Responsable Regions.Heetch embraces diversity and equal opportunity for everyone We provide a safe and inclusive work environment.
