Job summary
The Senior Clinical Pharmacologist I has strong scientific and technical skills to implement clinical pharmacology and modeling & simulation strategies to advance drug candidates across various stages of development.- Implement clinical pharmacology and pharmacometric strategies to drive programs through all the stages from research through post-marketing.
- Serve as the clinical pharmacology/pharmacometrics lead on study or project teams providing subject matter expertise on PK/PD biopharmaceutics drug-drug interactions quantitative pharmacology progress small molecules biologics development milestones IND/CTA EOP2 marketing applications conduct PK/PD exposure-response analyses using state-of-the-art modeling simulation techniques support human PK predictions dose selection optimization trial designs risk/benefit assessments Go/No-Go decisions regulatory submissions publications collaborate functional partners including Clinical Development Biostatistics Discovery Translational Medicine CMC Toxicology DMPK Operations Regulatory deliver study project team objectives assure implementation adherence SHE policies GXPs compliance regulatory standards clinical pharmacology programs
