We are seeking a motivated and energetic Manager, Regional
Workplace to lead, develop, and manage the operations of a world class
facilities program for the most progressive vehicle brand in the world. This
individual will be playing a critical role developing and managing a team of
skilled Regional Workplace Managers by providing support for all Tesla
facilities within their designated Region. This leader is responsible for all
facility repair and maintenance for each location and to ensure the highest
level of support for the field leaders.
This manager will provide leadership in developing standard operating
procedures for all aspects of the role.

• Responsible for overseeing all facility maintenance and
  repairs for sites within designated region
• Develop and manage KPI's to measure and improve department
  performance, ensure team understands and follows all Tesla policies related to
  performance and expectations
• Lead a highly skilled team in the execution of preventative
  and corrective maintenance, general troubleshooting of location repair and
  maintenance issues
• Control expenses and ensure team members are leveraging the
  best vendors for repair and maintenance scopes
• Develop and maintain a technical training plan to support
  career development of staff
• Acts as advisor to team in order to meet schedules, resolve
  issues, and manage escalations as needed
• Identify complex problems and review related information to
  develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical
  Engineering, experience in facility management, or equivalent
• 8+ years of related experience supporting facilities
  maintenance, new site openings, and emergency response in a high velocity/high
  volume setting
• Proven ability to measure and manage work from afar,
  including driving successful vendor and key partner relationships
• Self-directed, self-motivated and self-managing with ability
  to simultaneously prioritize tactical and strategic objectives
• High tolerance of change and ability to provide quick
  solutions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, travel within
  designated region on a regular basis
• Identify and report facility issues to manager and related
  stakeholders
