Position: Club Lounge Attendant

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests following company standards, cater to their needs, provide information about the area, and ensure genuine appreciation
• Monitor club lounge for guest well-being, maintain cleanliness, serve beverages, and ensure stock levels are adequate
• Handle dishwashing, maintain club lounge supplies, and communicate any needs promptly
• Complete opening and closing duties, maintain a clean appearance, and adhere to company policies
• Report any incidents or unsafe conditions, and support team members to achieve common goals
• Assist in Restaurant and Bar operations as required

Job Qualifications

• Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and follow instructions from Supervisors
• Communicate effectively, handle written documents, and use appropriate language and telephone etiquette
• Knowledge of food handling, T.I.P.S certification, and familiarity with food, beverages, and mixology
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals
