    Location: Jessie Lord Bakery, LLC

    Job Summary: This position works cooperatively with company staff and outside brokers to deliver exceptional customer and sales support while meeting and increasing sales objectives. Must possess a strong customer service background and in-store bakery sales experience.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Manage profitable growth and development of assigned accounts, increasing account penetration.
    • Develop key business relationships with customers resulting in a consistent and growing revenue stream.
    • Manage broker network.
    • Understand strategies and implement them with customers' key decision-makers.
    • Develop accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiency.
    • Tracks and analyzes sales performance against volume, promotions, etc.
    • Maintains and reports competitive marketplace information.
    • Support functions involving pre and post-order management issues.
    • Demonstrate a competency level of product, production process and capabilities as well as the internal order management system.
    • Demonstrate the ability to professionally manage customer telephone calls and emails while performing other required tasks
    • Respond to customer inquiries, price and delivery requests, warning of shipping delays, shipment confirmation and order reschedules.
    • Manage the entry and data integrity of customer price lists and customer pricing and bidding process.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of In-store bakery sales experience
    • Experience in highly seasonal/high volume environment preferred
    • 25% - 30% travel required or as needed
    • Able to prepare sales presentations
    • Must be available to travel to the Production Plant (Torrance, CA) for training, required meetings and during peak season if needed.
    • Salary commensurate with experience BA/BS degree preferred or a combination of experience
    • Computer literate; Microsoft suite

    Required Experience:

    • Knowledge of the Midwest/East coast market
