    Java Developers are responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality, and recommending changes to existing Java-based applications, among other duties.

    Job Description

    Dash Technologies Inc. is looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
    Primary Job Duties And Essential Skills
    Data analytics and visualization experience to identify, extract, and manipulate data for dashboard visualization and reporting
    Provide assistance in developing, producing, and analyzing reports
    Designs, develops, builds, analyzes, evaluates, and installs database management systems to include database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata, and repository creation and configuration management
    Experience with federal human resources data is a plus

    Advises applications development staff and users on data-based solutions to business problems, data architectures, database management system facilities and capabilities, and the operation and tuning of databases.

    Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of other Microsoft Office productivity tools
    Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while also being attentive to details
    Ability to work independently, analytical thinker and problem-solving mindset
    Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
    Requirements

    BA/BS and 2+ years of relevant experience
    Experience with DataBricks, SQL, Python
    Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with process-oriented organizational skills to ensure project success.
    Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
