The ideal candidate will be experienced in CNC Programming with CAM software. Knowledge of manual milling and turning is required as well. The job consists primarily of CAM programming and fixturing of low volume, complex parts. The primary focus of this job is to manufacture Beta's designs in-house. This is a high paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines.How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
Interpret engineered drawings and CAD modelsAnalyze and answer manufacturability questions from design engineersCAM ProgrammingFixture and tool DesignCNC Machine SetupFinished Part InspectionMinimum Qualifications We are seeking:Willingness and ability to work second shiftExperience working in an R&D EnvironmentMinimum of 3 years CNC Machining experienceExperience with Okuma, HAAS, and DMG Mori is a plusCNC Machine experience (Programming, and operating)
Experience with Fusion 360 CAM software is preferred Experience with manual machiningCAM Programming experience is a plus (Willing to train the right candidate)Experience with fixture designEfficient CNC Machine SetupProficient with computers (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
