Job summary
The Pad Mill Utility is the Jack of all Trades who covers all positions in our pad mill for other associates out on PTO.This could mean running a pad machine for a week driving a forklift working in the loft or working on a pad machine doing assembly-line style of work.
This job is perfect for someone who likes to learn it all and enjoys not knowing what they might be doing each day but also is okay with doing the same task for days or weeks at a time depending on production needs.
