REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- High School degree or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to learn and use computer applications.
- Proficiency in math, including basic operations.
- Understanding and application of engineering specifications, Change Orders, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work first shift during the training period.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Multiple years of experience in electrical maintenance is a must.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of tools.
• Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and prints.
• Knowledge of Cognex, Banner, and Keyence.
• Planning and organizing job schedules and processes.
• Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles.
• Troubleshooting skills for Allen Bradley controls, relays, VFDs.
• Familiarity with Studio 500 and 5000 for troubleshooting controllogix and compactlogix.
• Troubleshooting experience with pneumatics systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot servo drives.
• Interaction with suppliers for maintenance parts and production support.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regular requirements include standing, walking, pushing, climbing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and stooping during the shift. Operations of tools and controls are also part of the job. Strong range of motion in arms and hands is essential. Effective communication with colleagues is necessary. Lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds may be required. Visual abilities should include close vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
