Project Manager- ESG

Remote (US- EST Preferred)

9 month contract with potential for extension

The ESG Business Engagement team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our client's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure processes. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high level of collegiality, functioning as an ESG adviser to their respective business counterparts.

Primary duties include:

• Partner within the ESG team to communicate data gaps, transition plans, policy needs and any business lead initiatives impacting our ESG disclosure processes
• Build and maintain mechanisms to communicate with business stakeholders on workstream progress, including internal education pages and regular email reports.
• Assess how upcoming ESG laws and regulations will impact the internal business units
• Manage project timelines effectively by creating, maintaining, and communicating comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide real-time visibility into project progress, resource allocation, and potential risks.

We are seeking someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 3+ experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience in Sustainability topics (Carbon, Water, Waste, Pollution, and/or Biodiversity)
• Experience utilizing Sustainability frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, SASB, CDP
