Job summary
The Field Supervisor is primarily responsible supervising field personnel who install energy efficient equipment and products.This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Creation and management of onboarding training for new hires
Supervise the scheduling coordinator; responsible for all scheduling operations to include air sealing direct install site assessment appointments Control product inventory management ensure staff has all tools energy efficiency product complete installation efficiently Conduct announced unannounced inspections field personnel monitor their performance weekly monthly basis maintain quality customer service Support team members conducting field operations troubleshooting customer issues logistics Provided technical assistance crews Approve installation summary sheets verify work complete documented Approve timesheets expense reports time off requests assigned team members Assist with performance review writing presentation direct reports Assist disciplinary action needed Collaborate Field Supervisors Managers share best practices continually improve operations Perform teach combustion safety testing air sealing work Direct Installation Conduct site assessments installations air sealing appointments needed Conduct inventory counts submit inventory reports requested by management Assure cleanliness organization warehouse locations fleet vehicle parking areas regularly assisting cleaning organization those areas proper storage product recycling materials applicable Assure assigned fleet vehicles safety products located attached vehicle vehicles kept clean orderly Perform routine vehicle safety inspections submit inspection maintenance reports requested by management
