    Description

    Support the Department of Homeland Security, Mobile Detection Deployment Unit MDDU in Indianapolis.

    This position supports technical detection chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear CBRN threats across the nation. Maintain readiness of CBRN detection equipment and conduct nationwide operations.

    • Track and maintain care custody control of MDDU equipment including radioactive sources.
    • Conduct inventories of DHS MDDU property update computerized tracking information as required.




    • 5 years experience radiation detection training supporting operations at special events or steady state where detection is regularly employed.
