    SUMMARY:


    Sell tickets for events, provide excellent customer service and assist Manager and Assistant Manager with the supervision of the Box Office.

    ESSENTAIL DUTIES &


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Process written requests for tickets to various events. Prepare and balance tickets seller's bank deposits and sales reports daily. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Resolve customer problems. Maintain and update information books and telephone recordings. Answer telephone and give requested information. Assist with the training of new staff. Process building ticket orders. Open and close Box Office as needed. All other duties as assigned.


    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBIITIES:
    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with SMG's policies and applicable laws.



    QUALIFICATIONS:

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &


    ABILITIES:
    Excellent money handling ability, prior experience preferred. Basic math skills and strong customer service experience also needed. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate. HS Diploma/GED required. Previous computerized ticketing experience preferred.

    OTHER

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.


    SCHEDULE:
    Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm with some evenings and weekends based on events


    PAY RATE :
    $18 - $20 per hour
