- Coordinates the activities of assigned NAF segments at MWR business operations in Marathon, FL, ensuring smooth management and execution of MWR operations for cottages, equipment, and facilities.
- Manages day-to-day operations of MWR Marathon Cottages and equipment, including fiscal accountability, guest safety, and facility cleanliness.
- Provides quality customer service via phone, computer, and in person interactions.
- Handles reservation system and MWR Marathon web page maintenance, customer check-ins, and housekeeping duties.
- Coordinates maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and grounds maintenance of the MWR facility.
- Manages laundry service, fiscal responsibilities, and funds management.
- Ensures safety, conducts monthly inspections, and completes required paperwork and documentation.
- Interacts with various stakeholders, including active duty members, retirees, and government employees.
- 1 year customer service experience.
- Ability to use a computer system for related duties.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to perform maintenance and ground keeping tasks.
- Must have and maintain a FL Driver's License.
- Must communicate effectively in English.
- Supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
- Knowledge and skills to operate and maintain MWR boats.
- Experience in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, and financial operations.
